Our team is responsible for having the latest and greatest information and necessary tools available for all of our volunteers, especially chapter volunteers. We use our chapter resources website and chapter resource loops as vehicles for sharing ideas, examples and templates for great meetings, marketing, fundraising, community outreach and much more.
Our team of 2 Senior Managers, 4 Area Mentors and 15-20 State Mentors answers chapter leaders’ questions and shares resources. We connect our chapter leaders to us and each other via quarterly teleconference calls in order to share ideas about how to make chapters thrive.
Our team provides communication to our members about information, activities and projects related to our organization. Communication methods include Forum, direct member emails, member loops and chapter resource loops as well as chapter meetings/activities newsletters and loops.
Our team assists with securing and maintaining programs for individual and chapter giving as well as developing new fundraising programs.
Our team maintains, analyzes and reports on the financial health of the organization. We are also responsible for the production of an annual budget and monthly financial statements.
Our team produces the monthly online member publication, Forum, which includes a section chock-full of organizational news and a section with member-written articles and essays.
Our team provides support to our volunteers through recruiting, orienting and retaining qualified volunteer staff. We also coordinate volunteer recognition efforts and help chapters with their volunteer needs.
Our team is primarily responsible for building and maintaining the three main sections of the Mothers & More website: public, members only and chapter resources. We also deliver web pages that spotlight our special programs.
Our team provides marketing directions and tools for the organization and its chapters through marketing plan, brand identity tools, market research, marketing tutorials, core marketing materials, social networking strategies as well as promotional and branded items.
Our team helps chapters grow membership and retain members by providing communications and tools to welcome new members and renew existing ones. The Membership department uses data to better understand our members, and aims to develop or improve member benefits and services.
Our team provides administrative support services to the organization through processing and tracking membership and chapter and leader tracking.
Our team of 2 Senior Managers and several New Chapter Mentors assist brand new chapter leaders by being available to answer any question and share ideas/resources on how to build their new chapter. This team has established successful chapters all over the country.
Our team brings to light existing social and cultural conditions that impact mothers and empowers mothers with the skills and knowledge necessary to help cope with and resolve present economic and professional difficulties or challenges they face as mothers.
Our team helps keep the Mothers & More name and values in the public eye through the media, online venues, partnerships and word of mouth. We provide tips and templates to help spread the word about Mothers & More.
Our team provides topical email discussion loops to our members. More than 30 loops are currently available to connect members and support members across the country
